Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Apex Media AI website and any marketing services we provide. By using this site or booking a strategy call, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Apex Media AI is a digital marketing agency operating in Ireland, providing lead generation and advertising services to construction and trades businesses. Contact: info@apexmediaai.com.
2. Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
3. Booking a strategy call
Submitting the booking form is a request for a consultation, not a contract for services. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a call where the enquiry falls outside the businesses we work with. You agree the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your business.
4. Services and engagement
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, term and deliverables. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
5. No guarantee of results
Case studies, figures and testimonials on this site describe past results for specific clients. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control including your market, pricing, capacity and speed of follow-up. We do not guarantee any particular level of leads, revenue or return on ad spend.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from our fees unless expressly included.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, video and branding, is owned by or licensed to Apex Media AI and may not be reproduced without written permission. Ownership of deliverables created during a paid engagement is set out in the service agreement.
8. Third-party services
This site uses third-party tools such as Calendly, Meta and Google. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
